This role retains and strengthens current business relationships and works to establish new client accounts throughout the industry. This role is responsible for establishing commercial recycling accounts with the FCC Dallas recycling facility.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the benefit of the operation
Identify potential client accounts and establish sales strategies
Build and maintain relationships with current clients and establish retention strategies
Partner with site and senior leadership to develop pricing strategies to align with FCC objectives.
Maintain knowledge of industry market behavior and trends to anticipate changing customer needs
Establish and complete all required sales reports for the benefit of site and senior leadership teams
Become knowledgeable in current established client agreement terms and conditions pricing, accuracy and other standards.
Create and maintain sales reports for the benefit of site and senior leadership teams.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude for all internal and external customers and clients.
Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
High School diploma or GED
2-3 years of prior experience with cold calling, phone and direct business sales within the waste and recycling industry
