This professional position is responsible for public outreach efforts for the Division of Solid Waste Management.  The position serves as liaison between municipal governments, media, local organizations and the public and produces print and digital communications.  The position is responsible for website management and produces and leads educational programs and outreach events to achieve Division goals.  Direction on education and outreach strategies, messaging and campaigns may be given to the Recycling Program Analyst well as other Divisional staff. Supervision is received from the Recycling Manager.
