EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Ulster County Resource Recovery AgencyKingston, New York The Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency (UCRRA) is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead all aspects of the organization, including the administration of current programs, development of new materials management options, and financial management. Established in December 1986 and governed by a five-member Board, UCRRA has two transfer stations, a recycling facility, a composting facility, an education department, and a budget of approximately $20 million.
