Job Summary: This is a full time position that is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the operation of the C and D Recovery Virginia Plant. Assist the Supervisor with hands-on day to day leadership role in the areas of safety, housekeeping, productivity, customer satisfaction, cost effectiveness and continuous improvement. Be able to fulfill Plant Supervisor duties in case of supervisor’s absence. Must have a Virginia Waste Management Facilities Operators License or have the ability to obtain the license. It is a requirement for the position.
