Foster a positive work environment with an emphasis on collaboration, communication, and safety. · Works with CEO in alignment with strategic direction, to set and meet short-term objectives, as well as long-term planning and goals. · Manage facility service agreements, including working directly with our facility operators to monitor performance and resolve business related issues as they arise to ensure exceptional service. · Understand DCSWA’s financial structure and financials leveraging projects, contracts, and funding that fulfill the mission and goals of the organization.
